Shipping & Returns
Made-to-order embroidery with clear timelines and no runaround.
Production timelines
- Standard: Typically 3–7 business days from artwork readiness or approval to ship.
- Capacity-based: If rush slots are full, the option won’t appear at checkout.
Rush service
When available, we aim to ship within 72 hours of artwork readiness or approval.
Our promise: If we miss the 72-hour ship window due to our process, we’ll issue a 15% store credit on the merchandise subtotal for the affected item(s).
Exclusions: carrier delays, late proof approvals, low-quality files requiring rework, address issues, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping methods
- Tracking: We ship only through major carriers, and every order includes tracking. We reserve the right to select the optimal shipping method based on your chosen speed and destination to ensure the best balance of cost, reliability, and transit time.
- Outside USA: International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or import fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs inspections or international transit conditions can add time beyond the estimates shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk transfer when the carrier scans the package as accepted. If an issue arises, we’ll help investigate — just email hello@bestiethreads.com.
Delivery issues
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If still unresolved, email and we’ll help work the case.
Returns & replacements
- Custom items: Every order is made-to-order and uniquely yours, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our end.
- Our error or defect: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll replace or refund at our discretion. We may provide a prepaid label or ask you to keep/donate the original.
- Non-custom accessories (if offered): Follow the policy listed on the product page.
- Exchanges: Not available for custom items once production begins.
Address changes
Entered the wrong address? Email us immediately at hello@bestiethreads.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. Shipped orders generally can’t be re-routed.
Packaging & care
Each item includes care guidance. In general: wash cold, inside-out; gentle cycle; low heat or hang dry to protect stitch quality.
